The Girls on Fire Mentoring and Enrichment Program serves girls 8-12 years of age. Using the Arts, group discussions and mentoring, this program offers girls a variety of enrichment activities to build their self-esteem and confidence, discover and develop their gifts, talents and develop their leadership potential.
The Girls on Fire Leadership Development Academy develops the leadership potential of girls age 13-17. The program focuses on academic achievement, leadership, character development, and civic responsibility.
Mentoring is at the heart of our programs. It is offered in a variety ways; one on one adult mentoring, peer to peer mentoring, group mentoring, and parental mentoring.
Whatever form it takes, we strive to give girls the tools to navigate through life successfully with the aim to inspire them to become their best selves.
To enhance our girls learning experience, we offer various enrichment activities. These include: trips to the museums, outings to amusement parks, involvement in the arts; crafts, painting, dance, enrichment workshops and opportunities to participate in volunteerism and community service.
Girls are also offered real world experiences through visits to places of historic, cultural, artistic and scientific significance.
